Shipping & freight

Cabinets ship as freight, not parcels. Here's exactly how it runs, and what to do on delivery day so any problem is easy to resolve.

  1. 1. Freight is quoted by zone

Delivery cost is calculated from your ZIP's freight zone and the weight or value of the order. The figure you approve is the figure recorded on the order.

  2. 2. Your order ships palletised

Cabinets are boxed and strapped to a pallet. Lead time depends on the items on your order and is confirmed on your quote or order.

  3. 3. Delivery is scheduled with you

The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window. Kerbside delivery is standard; someone needs to be present to receive and sign.

  4. 4. Inspect before you sign

Count the cartons and photograph any crushed corners, punctures or water marks before signing. Note damage on the delivery paperwork.

  5. 5. Report issues through your account

Open a service case with photos and the carton count. Damage, missing items and wrong items are all handled through the same case queue.

Rates, transit times and carrier terms vary by destination and order, and are confirmed on your quote or order — this page describes the process, not a guarantee.
